Because of confidentiality concerns, we cannot share LB's picture or real name on the blog. However, we finally have a face and name to go with our prayers for Number 4. Rest assured, he's absolutely beautiful. He is the reason we are in the process to change our age. That paperwork is filed and should be ready in about 2 weeks. Final t's to cross and i's to dot....
What's next? Once the next set of paperwork is ready to go, we file for a court date. We don't know exactly how quick that will happen. We have some guesses, but nothing for sure. For now, we'll say there is still hope to be a family of 4 by Christmas.
Our current prayers are for LB's health, that if LB's biological family returns to the picture that they will be able and willing to parent him, and that if we are intended to be LB's family that paperwork will be gathered efficiently and correctly and the rest of the process will go smoothly. Many things can still happen at this stage of the game, so we are moving forward with caution and hopeful anticipation!
